We offer a co-signer as an option for conditional approvals for applicants.
How do I submit a maintenance request?

How do I pay rent?
Rent can be paid through the resident portal. You can log in to your portal [here](https://tvpm.appfolio.com/connect/users/sign_in). We also accept payslips; please contact our team for more information.
When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
Are there late fees if I miss a payment?
Yes. Your lease will outline the late fee policy.
